"We have stayed at both houses this host has! We have LOVED both! We decided to rent this house due to it being only my husband and I staying this time and it was WONDERFUL!! It’s very cozy, small, and comfortable!! It has access to drive your boat to the house and leave it in the water for the weekend! 10/10 would stay here again and likely will! The host is wonderful and quickly replies to all questions and concerns!!! "

"The place was well maintained and very clean. The location was ideal for anyone looking to kayak a little before hitting the main lake. Beautiful property and awesome house! Will be coming back!"

"This is a great place to stay on Big Cypress Bayou/Caddo Lake. It is so peaceful and the Cypress trees are beautiful! Coach checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything. "

"Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "

"Janet really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and that you don’t waste any time at the grocery store during your stay. Everything is fully stocked, bed was comfy, backyard was gorgeous. You’re within walking distance of everything in town. Just excellent experience all around. Came with a strong recommendation from my mom and did not disappoint. We will both be repeat customers I have no doubt. 5 stars for sure. "

"This property was perfect for our recent family reunion in Longview. The house has been beautifully updated and is much larger than we expected. The layout allowed space for everyone. The rooms were quiet and secluded from the living space. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space. Location was perfect. "

"Was the perfect set up for our week of fishing. Would fish early, hand out on the deck during the day and fish again in the evening. Great home and great view from back deck."

"The interior of the house was very clean and comfy. Some parts of the house are showing their age, but they are not deal breakers. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless, and they had good internet connectivity. "

"We came to Longview for weekend to see the balloon race. Our stay was so peaceful in the woods at the Hayloft. Close to town and easy to access from highway. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the property. There is a climb with the stairs that can be a little difficult for some. Bring own amenities like bath soap and shampoo, everything else is there. "

"This house was literally on the Main Street. Only a one minute walk to the car show (which we weren’t even aware was going on this weekend- pleasant surprise). Walking to everything was so convenient! It was also quiet even though so close to everything. "
