"Could not access inside the home because the keypad was not working. They gave two different codes and neither would work. Several people tried. The buttons would not light up. Host was unresponsive. So we found different accommodations. Host’s response was the next day. They responded with a third code for us to try, but we had already had to find different accommodations."
