A peaceful retreat awaits in this stylish villa, set among the dunes between Nes and Buren. The warm living room features two sofas, a loveseat, Smart TV, radio/CD player and gas fireplace, while the large dining table is ideal for shared meals. The modern open kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, DE coffee machine, Nespresso machine and kettle.

Four bedrooms offer flexible accommodation, with the ground-floor bedroom featuring two box-spring beds, a TV and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with a TV, plus a luxury bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, shower, toilet and sauna. A separate solarium room provides another space to relax, while the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the hall includes an extra toilet.

The villa opens onto a beautiful dune garden with south- and southwest-facing terraces, offering plenty of space to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The terrace is ideal for relaxed breakfasts, drinks or quiet moments outdoors. WiFi, private parking and a charging station add practical convenience for both short breaks and longer stays.

Villa Stern enjoys a tranquil location between Nes and Buren, with the beach and forest within walking distance. Nes is also easily reached on foot, offering historic commandeur houses, the 1723 church tower, shops, restaurants and terraces. The surrounding dunes, woodland and coastline are ideal for walking and cycling, while Buren provides another charming base for exploring Ameland.
