This luxurious property can sleep up to 10 people and has lovely views, free fibre optic WiFi access, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach.



Built to a luxury specification, this 5 bed property has lovely views of the mountains and down to the sea. It is situated on the favoured east side of town, a quiet residential area, and is a 15 minute walk to the town centre of Nerja which has lots of quaint streets and a terrific choice of restaurants and bars.



The main lounge is modern with good quality leather sofas, occasional tables and is very spacious with air conditioning. It is equipped with free fibre optic Wi-Fi, a 50" Smart TV with English channels including Sky Sports.



The fully fitted kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and ample crockery and utensils.



ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.



Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a king size bed and en-suite shower room.



Bedroom 2 has a double bed.



Bedroom 3 has twin beds.



Bedroom 4 (in the apartment) has a king size bed.



Bedroom 5 (in the apartment) has two single beds.



The villa has been designed to take advantage of its south-westerly aspect with good sized terraces on four levels. The roof terrace has sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs, and panoramic views of the entire area. The living area terrace has tables and seating to accommodate ten people for alfresco dining and has a retractable sun awning. The terrace off the bedrooms leads down to the pool area terrace which has sunbeds, umbrellas and small side tables. This recently extended pool area now has a shaded terrace with hot tub (available at an additional cost), kitchenette, gas BBQ and bathroom facilities.



The apartment, which is accessed via steps leading from the swimming pool area, sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of a lounge, kitchen area, two bedrooms and shower room/WC.



The lounge has seating for 4 with a 40" Smart TV showing UK channels, plus free Wi-Fi via fibre-optic broadband, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.



The kitchen area has a mini hob, combination oven, fridge, a breakfast bar and four stools.



The 5.8 x 3.3m private pool can be heated to 28 degrees for an extra charde and the Hot Tub (spa) which is heated to 36 degrees is available for an extra charge.



There is also a gymnasium for your use throughout the year.
