We had a fantastic stay, Syreeta organised so many helpful little extras that made it very easy to travel with a toddler and a baby, she went over and above to ensure that any little issues we had were attended to straight away. Communication was excellent both ahead of our stay and during. After only a few days we were already keen to book again for next year. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to Burriana and easy access to the Town as well. We were especially grateful for parking within a garage that meant the car was always cool when we needed to use it. Our favourite thing about the property was the beautiful pool and garden, there was so much shade which was great for little ones and also lovely spaces to eat outside including a wonderful barbecue.

Beautiful villa! Our first time in Nerja and we fell in love with the place! The villa felt like home,it was so clean and lovingly presented, we didn’t want to leave it. Gorgeous outside areas with plenty of relaxing places to sit in the garden, which was like a tropical oasis. Location is perfect: Short walk to Burriana Beach and the promenade,which has lots of places to eat and drink. This is a bustling beach area which stayed busy all night and has a great atmosphere . A steep walk back to the villa but not an issue for us, was worth it! A short walk in the opposite direction to a quieter area of restaurants/bars which were lovely and so handy if you didn’t want to venture into the main part of Nerja. An extra 5 minutes from here to the main town of Nerja,which was so beautiful!! Lots of narrow picturesque streets filled with shops, restaurants and bars. As well as several larger squares where you can sit and people watch. The cherry on the cake is the Balcon de Europe, a stunning view of the coastline! Our new favourite place…

The house is very comfortable and homely but feels luxurious! There is everything you could possibly need for your stay. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous and well maintained. Syreeta is a fabulous host and made everything so easy for us. We had a magical holiday and would love to go back.

Highly recommend

Firstly, I cannot praise Syreeta, the owner, enough. She is so lovely, helpful, attentive, her communication with us prior to our stay and throughout has been commendable. The perfect host.As for the villa, it is perfect with everything you need to make for a lovely stay. Situated in an ideal position to access the beach and the centre of Nerja. It is spacious and clean. The welcome pack was a lovely addition and saved us having to get the essentials on our first day. We would highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Our Stay in Nerja

We had a wonderful time during our two weeks in Nerja staying at the beautiful Santionatella Villa. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The indoor as well as outdoor spaces were lovely and and tastefully decorated. Our host Syreeta was so nice and beyond helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. The Villa is situated in the heart of Nerja walking distance to beaches shopping and dinning. The private pool was clean and a great addition. I would book this villa again should I return to Nerja.

We loved it.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in the centre of town. Walk to Burriana beach, the Balcon, the Parador, supermarkets and choice of many bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed two months in January and February. Loved walking to the beach for coffee in the morning. Best of all is the owner Syreeta who is the most attentive, responsive, efficient, friendly, lovely person ever. If you even have the smallest request or problem she will respond and sort it out immediately. Cannot ask for more. Booked again for next year.

Absolutely outstanding

From making the initial reservation to arriving home the host was exceptional. Such attention to detail and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted by a welcome hamper and even a gift for our little girl! The villa is just amazing, beautiful, we didn’t want for anything. The grounds were lovely and it felt very private. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room was also great. The location was great, just a short stroll to both the town and beach, with a few bars and shops on the doorstep also. The host was very responsive, she organised our transfers, baby equipment and all other queries. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect Villa for a family holiday

We booked this villa for us, our adult children and their partners as it had 3 double bedrooms and three bathrooms plus it was walking distance to everywhere and there was no need for a car. We were not disappointed. The Villa was very well appointed and in a quiet area, the pool a good size and the garden a little oasis. The Villa was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The shopping trolleys were very handy. The table tennis table was a bonus. From booking to check out, Syreeta was an attentive 5* host checking by WhatsApp that we were ok and booking taxis etc. She even provided a paella pan when we asked if one was available. Nothing was too much trouble. When a small maintenance issue was reported it was dealt with immediately. We would love to return to Santionella Villa.

Exceptional Experience at Villa Santionatella

Villa Santionatella exceeded our expectations. The property is impeccably maintained and furnished, offering the warmth and comfort of a real home rather than just a rental. Its location is ideal, with easy access to the beach, town centre, supermarkets, and public transport. The villa comes fully equipped with everything you could need, including thoughtful extras like cold-water dispensers and shopping trolleys. We spent most of our time outdoors, whether lounging on sun beds, dining on the large table or at one of the secluded patio tables. The area is delightfully quiet, and though a few balconies overlook the garden, they remained unused throughout our stay, ensuring a sense of privacy and tranquillity. Both adults (4) and children (2) enjoyed the pool and the table tennis. As a city villa, the combination of ample indoor accommodation and outdoor space is a rare gem. While the lawn isn't expansive enough for extensive ball games, for those seeking more room to roam, Burriana Beach is just a short walk away, offering well-maintained open spaces, water sports, and cafes. Our host, Syreeta, was outstanding. From the moment of booking until the end of our stay, her communication was prompt and attentive. She organised the airport taxi, provided invaluable support and advice about the villa, the local area, and nearby attractions. The care and attention to detail we received as guests were truly exceptional, making our stay at Villa Santionatella unforgettable.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Nerja

Fantastic villa in the centre of Nerja within easy reach of restaurants, shops and beaches. Syreeta is an amazing host who really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. She arranged airport transfers and ensured the property and pool were easily accessible for the older members of our party and was always contactable. Some really nice touches such as the drinking water dispensers and shopping trolleys too. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay in Nerja

We have had a fabulous stay in Nerja in one of the nicest villas I have ever stayed in. The villa has everything you need for 6 people, there are lots of cooking utensils if you want to self cater and a great bbq area. There is a drinking water dispenser too which is a really nice touch, saves you carrying heavy bottles of water to your villa. The garden/pool area is really pretty with lots of mature plants. There are several outside seating areas so you can always find a quiet space if you need one. The bedrooms are really comfortable with good air conditioning. There are 3 well equipped bathroom so each couple can have there own privacy, this was definitely a plus for me! The villa is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Nerja. There are bars and restaurants nearer to the villa if you don’t want to go into the centre. We found a lovely little tapas bar around the corner called Mo Gastrotapas. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly.i would also recommend the Boston Steakhouse in the centre of Nerja, the meat is from Northern Spain and they really know how to cook a good steak 😋 Syreeta who owns the villa is incredibly helpful. She organised our airport taxis and was always contactable. She was so friendly too, always on hand to answer a question or provide information when we needed it. If you are staying in Nerja I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Syreeta for such a lovely holiday.

1 months stay in this beautiful, spacious, well-furnished villa. Indoor space, bedrooms, equipment all top quality, outdoor space included 5 eating spaces (to maximise the sun), lovely refreshing pool and loungers for everyone. Syreeta just so attentive and helpful - a real plus of the holiday to have her in communication answering any questions or giving advice and insight of places to visit etc. Perfect location to beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops, transportation.

Awesome villa with exceptional service in Nerja

We were persuaded to stay at this villa having read the reviews. We were not disappointed. The villa is delightful and entirely kitted out with everything you could imagine that you would need. The pool is perfect and the hot tub a treat. The positioning is ideal. Quiet, but 5 mins walk to Burriana beach and only 10 mins (if that) to all you could want in Nerja (balcon etc.). As if that wasn’t enough, the personal service that you get from Syreeta is like a high end concierge. Thoughtful and attentive throughout. Highly recommend. Though as I write this I feel I shouldn’t to keep it a secret for ourselves!

A six star stay

Brilliant! Syreeta is a perfect host. In 20 years of renting across the globe I have never received so much care and attention. Right from the first moment of booking to departure Syreeta was always on hand. The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean, more like staying in a home than a holiday rental. We loved the very well kept gardens and making friends with the birds that visited. The villa is located in a very quiet area yet within 10 minutes walk there are all the bars and restaurants you would want plus of course the lovely beach. Nerja is a great place to stay. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we look forward to staying again.

A nice villa but cold as a winter let and not as described.

Firstly Syreeta is a very personable, helpful and attentive host, as good as you will find. The villa has a number of good points, its central location, a nice sitting room and an exceptionally well equipped large kitchen. The bed was good quality and very comfortable. We have hired a number of Spanish villas and are accustomed to them being built to be cool in the summer. This one however was simply cold in the winter period. There are air-con type heaters in sitting room and bedrooms. But bizarely none in a very large kitchen and no heat in the bathrooms unless you want to plug a portable fan heater into the razor socket! This could have been solved with a good hot towel rail, towels after showering were impossible to dry. The open fire in the sitting area advertised in the details has been taken out of use, and a log burner in the kitchen is also not available, odd given the lack of any other heat source. I'm sure the villa is fine as a summer let but below standard for winter. The other issue is the outside space which is disappointing compared with the well crafted photos, smaller than the photos indicate, the pool takes most of the open space, and most certainly not private in that it is overlooked by a 5 storey block of apartments. This is hidden in the photos behind the leaves of a banana tree! I would consider the villa for summer but would not come back in the winter period.

Lovely House in Nerja

We stayed in the house for two weeks in late January/early February. The house is situated within walking distance to everything so during your time in Nerja you don't need to drive. We did have a car for day trips to Frigiliana, Granada, Ronda, Almunecar and Cordoba. The public areas of the house are very roomy with plenty of outdoor space. Syreeta is very responsive to any needs. We cooked several meals in the house and grilled a couple of nights. We also enjoyed Bar Redondo for tapas (and people watching) and the paella at Burriana (all recommendations from Syreeta). Since we stayed during the low season, some restaurants and shops were closed for vacation, however, there were sufficient open venues and nothing was too crowded!

Just book it!!!!

We had ana amazing stay in Nerja. From the moment we booed Syreeta was unbelievably attentive and helpful. She defines what it is to be a host! She kindly arranged our transfers and send lots of information about the house and area. The beds are comfortable, it is very well equipped and the gardens are stunning. It is a quiet little oasis. Lots of toys inside the house and for the pool for the kids. Beach towels, pool towels… you name it, it’s there! Makes packing so much easier. The house is SO clean. You will feel at home immediately. You won’t regret booking. We hope to be back.

Just Wonderful!!!!

We cannot put into words how much we all enjoyed this beautiful villa. It totally exceeded our expectations! The attention to detail and the support we received from Syreeta ensured all our concerns and needs were more than catered for. So much so, we have no hesitation in booking for next year! We have been home a few weeks now however my grandchildren are still talking of the special 'holiday home'!! A beautiful pool, the outside dining area where we all enjoyed tapas lunches from the little shop close by, comfortable beds, great showers, chilled drinking water, the well equipped kitchen and laundry room, I could go on and on, it just felt like home from home. Thanks Syreeta, family and staff for everything!!! The whole holiday made my special birthday that much more special. Thank you !!!!!

Beautiful villa

This villa is simply the best one we have stayed in, in over 15 years of Villa holidaying. It was perfectly and spotlessly prepared for our arrival, which was a lovely experience to have at 3am and feeling tired. For the first time, everything worked! From the light switches to the utilities, everything worked. The standard of decor is high. The garden and pool area is stunning. Syreeta is a great host and manages to do a perfect job of hosting, though she is up in Madrid :-).

Absolutely wonderful family villa

My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa and had the most amazing time. Location is perfect with only a short stroll to the Burriana beach or into town. It's just far enough out of everything so it's lovely and quiet. The villa itself is extremely spacious for our family. Three good size bedrooms. Two have ensuites. Huge kitchen and lounge. The pool was amazing especially while the weather was so hot! The garden and pool are so well maintained. The surroundings are beautiful! The highlight of this holiday was the host Syreeta! What an absolute star! Syreeta was so attentive from the moment we booked the holiday. Full of wonderful information and recommendations. We were luckily enough to meet this amazing lady and her husband when we arrived. Anything you needed or wanted she was right there at the end of the phone. If you are reading this and are lucky enough to book this villa then I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. Best holiday I have been on in a long time.

Perfect Villa in a great location

This is the best villa we've ever stayed in, fantastically clean and well appointed with all the essentials for the perfect stay (the kitchen is by far the best stocked with crockery, cutlery and other utensils that I've ever seen). The pool is a nice size and the garden was lovely. The location is also great - quiet but only 10mins walk into the centre of Nerja or just over 5 down to Burriana beach. The host is simply amazing, as well as providing us with a huge amount of information before we arrived, whilst we were there she seemed to be available 24 x 7 and was always very quick to answer even the most trivial of questions, as well as helping book local restaurants (Restaurant 34 is a must) and taxis when we needed them (there is absolutely no need for a hire car)
