I found the property to be as presented, with a lovely big deck with lots of sun as well as a smaller one with shade. Having a bit of a ravine across to the other side of the main road, made it feel like there was lots of space without being crowded by other buildings, and it was a quiet complex.
The kitchen was well-stocked, Mercadona is a 12 minute walk up the hill so cooking was easy. I also found the main bedroom was comfortable and made for a good sleep. The pool was also well-maintained.
The walk to Burriana Beach is 5 minutes, into town is 15-20 minutes. Taxis are a little hard to come by here, a main taxi stand is on C.el Chaparil though.
The check-in process and key-return was a little far, a 33 minute walk mostly uphill if you don't have a car, and there are several sets of stairs up to the unit itself. So be mindful with heavy luggage or if you have any mobility issues.
The trade-off was the view and the openness of the space itself, worth it if you're staying for a few days overall.
