Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Buganvilla

Set in the quiet location of Hotel Parador area, this gorgeous villa offers a wonderful sense of tranquillity, while the centre of Nerja and Burriana Beach are within a 10-minute walk.



There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Villa Buganvilla is next door to our Villa Jazmines and there is a communicating door which can be opened for larger groups. All of our other properties in the Parador area are also very nearby.



The villa is built over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and a dining room from which patio doors lead out on to a covered porch where you can enjoy diners al fresco and the terraces and pool area. There is also a WC on this level. Upstairs on the first floor is one king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony and two twin bedrooms sharing a further full bathroom.



This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people.



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. There is free street parking in the streets around the villa. This villa has a good-sized terrace area with a private pool (length 3.8m x 2.65m and depths 1m -1.5m), pool table, table tennis table, garden furniture, barbecue and 6 sunbeds.



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
