The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms for added comfort. No need for a rental car as everything you need is within walking distance, including the popular playa Calahonda and a variety of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops in central Nerja. To make parking easier, we recommend arriving by taxi. If you wish to explore other Andalusian cities, you can easily access public transport from the nearby bus station or join a guided tour.

The front door opens into a classic styled lounge/dining area, and a relaxing terrace with a brick BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooks the private swimming pool. The upper floor offers a roof terrace for sunbathing and relaxation. Patio doors open onto a small raised terrace with access to the private swimming pool. There is also a shower room on this floor. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a seating area overlooking the pool. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom with a corner bath.

The area also includes a second dining table and chairs, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with stools and a kitchenette area.
