"House was a decent size for 4 adults and 2 teens but it smelled like damp and mould really bad. The garden, front and back was over grown. The driveway was very steep and there was no walk way from the house to the street which meant taking the very steep driveway. I wouldnt recommend elderly people staying here as my father in law fell down the driveway and hurt himself. The driveway becomes very slippery when wet. There were lots of stains on the carpet."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon "

"Great location. Comfy beds, wonderful rainfall shower. Modern amenities. Extras that could be added: tissues, face washers, microwave safe cookware, instruction booklet for induction stovetop. Third toilet & basin excellent addition. Great for 2 retired couples. Negatives: Convoluted booking process. Stayz ap user unfriendly, difficult to navigate. MadeComfy very difficult process. Practically impossible to contact. Apartment was great, but will not book anything that is managed by MadeComfy. "

"A great property, close to everything and beautiful views over the river. Easily accommodated our family of four. Enjoyed the additional touches like the games, cook books, boogie board and sand toys!While the apartment is modern and immaculately cleaned, if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider one of the rooms at the back and away from Beach Rd as the traffic noise can get a bit much. Otherwise, a great stay and we would go back!"
