When you book please message us through the VRBO website with the following:

1) To ensure everyone is fully covered, please provide the full legal name and age for each person who will be spending the night as part of your registered guests. Any changes are REQUIRED to be approved by host before your stay, per our insurance regulations. Failure to provide this will result in reservation cancellation and/or additional fees.

2) We want to make your stay the very best it can be! If you like, please let us know what brings you to town and we will be more than happy to make some suggestions for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and anything else that might be of interest to you.

• More than the registered people in the reservation overnight will result in fines up to $150 per person, per day.

• There is a maximum guest limit of 8 people during daytime hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Non-registered guests must leave by 10 p.m. Only the people named & listed in the reservation can spend the night.

• No smoking inside or outside the unit. Renters will be charged $250 for violation.

• If you break the no pets policy there will be a $150 dollar fee in addition to a special pet cleaning fee of $150 for a total of $300 additional charges.

• Stays longer than 21 days will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

• Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-7 a.m.
