"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"visited with my girlfriend and Lynne went out of her way to accommodate us. it’s just a simple cabin, not a hotel room, but the listing was completely clear about all the details. it was exactly what we were looking for. the cabin was comfortable and the view is worth the whole thing."

"We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. "

"We had a great stay at the treehouse! It was wonderful. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time there and in White Sulphur Springs. We can’t wait to come back. "

"So glad we found this amazing property instead of staying at the Omni Resort. I walked the property with beautiful views and flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds. The deer came every night! The bed was so comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and at night we had a fire! A gas station and an IGA is so close. All the restaurants were very good. Every view from each room was perfect. We will be back! "

Only disappointment was the difficulty we had getting into the Dairy Barn pool and center. Do want to inform you that we did break the glass shade to a lamp in your lower room. "Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen. The pictures posted are great and...

"Property was conveniently located to area attractions and very clean. Communication was very good and Natalie even brought us produce from her garden."

"A wonderful place for a family get together a game room filled with anything you can think of nice fire pit which we enjoyed and firewood supplied was a nice treat. Large front and back decks made nice places for gatherings, but definitely would visit again."

"Winding Ridge was the perfect house for our stay. The house was very clean and felt cozy and like home. The entire process was no hassle. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay again."

"The Josephine cottage was a spectacular setting for our week in Hot Springs. The spacious rooms and open floor plan gave us plenty of space to gather and also find quiet spaces to read and relax. Dinners prepared in the kitchen, on the grill and the Traeger bbq were highlights. The outdoor deck was a great place to enjoy the view. Beautifully decorated and thoroughly enjoyable!"
