Villa Anassa with a private pool is perfectly situated between two of the area’s most beautiful beaches: Anassa and Giannakis and just minutes from the shore and local tavernas. Tucked away, with an enclosed garden the villa offers a peaceful escape by the sea for up to 7 guests. The interiors are bright and spacious with a comfortable living room (Smart TV, fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (2 x double beds / 1 x single + 1 x bunk bed). Air-conditioning is offered throughout (optional extra), there is free Wi-Fi along with all the necessary amenities so you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive. The house also features a scenic upper floor balcony with sea and mountain views, and a green garden with quiet corners and terraces that invite you to read, sunbathe, swim in the pool or share a meal under the stars. Villa Anassa is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time with family or friends and an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the region.

Optional Extras:
Air Conditioning (i.e. cooling and/or heating facility) in the living room and bedrooms at 6 €/per unit per day. To be arranged and paid via online payment link before arrival.

Not Included in the rates:
Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.
