    Welcome to our top floor flat "Country romance with a fantastic lake view"

    (We would like to point out that only the access to the house is wheelchair accessible/at ground level, not to the attic flat, as this can be reached by a normal staircase)

    We offer you a spacious, comfortable non-smoking holiday home with two self-contained residential units (ground floor + attic) directly on the Kiessee on a plot of over 1000 m². Enjoy the tranquillity and nature on the North Sea coast/East Frisia. Our house impresses with its spaciousness, the high-quality furnishings with attention to detail, ample comfortable seating and an unforgettable view of the Kiessee. A solid wooden seating area for daydreaming is available to everyone.
    The house was built in 2010 - the attic was extended in 2014.

    We offer you

    the ground floor with 140 m² for 1 - 10 people with a 45 m² living room in "Mediterranean flair" style and a partly covered terrace, as well as

    the top floor with 110 m² for 1 - 8 people with a 51 m² living room and open-plan kitchen in "country romantic" style as well as a 6.70 m wide panoramic window and private terrace.

    Both flats are self-contained and can therefore be booked separately. Large families, business people and friends can book the entire house (ground floor + top floor). Each flat has its own terrace and therefore its own privacy.

    Relax in the grounds with garden furniture and barbecue. Enjoy the sunsets and the romantic view of the lake when the ducks do their rounds in the evening.

    We would like to point out the following danger: If you are travelling with children/non-swimmers, please note that it goes straight into the deep from the edge of the shore. The fishing lake is not part of our rental property. It is your own free decision and your own responsibility/danger if you go swimming there.

    If required, we can provide you with a complete set of children's equipment and a shower stool or mobile shower handle free of charge (please specify when booking). Bed linen/towel sets can be hired for a fee (per change).

    - All fellow travellers, including babies, must be specified as a person when booking!

    Westerholt/Nenndorf offers all shopping facilities for daily needs. There are also several restaurants, ice cream parlours, a pharmacy and doctors. There is also an abundance of excursion possibilities such as the high moor lake, the "Eternal Sea", various cycling and hiking trails, a mill tour in the village or a mudflat hike. You can also quickly reach all ferries to the islands. In Dornum, approx. 8 km away, there is a beach and a seawater swimming pool. In Tannenhausen there is a clear bathing lake with a beach.
    - We do not charge a visitor's tax -

    Please note:
    ** E-bikes must be registered with the landlord in advance.
    ** Charging the batteries of e-cars is excluded and therefore not permitted! These are to be charged at the respective public charging stations.
    ** The ordering of mobile saunas, whirlpools etc. is also not permitted!

    Bookings of youth groups, assisted living etc. are only binding on the part of the landlord after prior enquiry and approval by the landlord!
    Should you nevertheless make a booking without the landlord's prior consent, this may lead to cancellation by the landlord without recourse to repayment of the rental amount already paid. Unfortunately, this has become necessary due to previous very negative and costly experiences. We ask for your understanding. Thank you for your understanding.
