The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while a separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, a second entrance hall provides access to 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC.
