Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and spacious living and dining room, complete with cable TV and direct access to a large balcony with both west-facing and south-facing orientations, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ski runs. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC, with its own balcony access facing north. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing position. The third bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a west-facing balcony. A separate bath and WC serves the remaining guests. Throughout the apartment, elegant wooden floors add warmth and character to the living spaces. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area, while the large west- and south-facing balcony and the smaller east-facing balcony are both furnished for outdoor relaxation and dining.
