Haulashore Views - Nelson Waterfront Vacation Home

Haulashore Views offers superb views over Nelson's harbour entrance, Haulashore Island, the Boulder Bank & right across beautiful Tasman Bay. On the far side of the bay you can see the coastline of the Abel Tasman as well as the peaks of Kahurangi - Nelson's famed National Park areas!

Just a 5minute walk to the waterfront & some of Nelson's top eateries: The Boat Shed, Harbour Light Bistro, Nahm Thai & just a little further to Styx Restaurant & Cafe. It's an easy ride or short drive to the beach or Nelson City, but both are within walking range for avid walkers & explorers!

The home provides great indoor-outdoor flow, with many places to relax in the sun or chill in the shade & the ever-changing sea, sky & activity on the water provides excellent entertainment at every glance! The home is well equipped for preparing beautiful meals, streaming your favourite content on the dedicated high-speed WiFi & enjoying a glass of wine on the picturesque balcony.

Haulashore Views is great for couples, small families or groups of friends. It's ideal for up to 4 guests with capacity for up to 6. The location is exceptionally quiet, but perfectly located for easy access to all that is great about Nelson!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

- Children - The garden area is terraced with unretained walls that may present a hazard to small children.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
