"My wife and I with another couple stayed at this lovely cottage. We had a really great time here. It is perfect for 2 couples cos have 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs you have plenty space for whatever you planning. Kitchen has all you need if you decide to cook."

It was very hot the day we arrived so it was particularly good to have the lounge in the basement. A few little niggles, none of them dealbreakers. "Lovely place, very comfortable, clean, quiet. Beautiful views. Watch rabbits, hares, pheasants etc crossing the garden while you have breakfast. Stayed on business as an alternative to hotels and pub food. Great location for walking and cycling."

"Property was lovely and very clean , large bedrooms all with good en suites, well equipped kitchen. large comfortable lounge dining area with log burning stove.Wood and coal was provided , but you should think to bring your own if you want to use the burner a lot. The cottage was set in a lovely rural setting within easy driving distance of all the Trough of Bowland villages and walks. We had a great time and would like to thank the owners for providing such a great venue"
