Retreat to the master bedroom with Queen-sized bed, TV and the comfort of a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms both with ceiling fans offer equally comfortable accommodation with a mix of double and king single beds, perfect for both adults and children.

The heart of the home is, of course, the open-concept kitchen and dining area. From a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, it’s perfect for preparing and enjoying home cooked meals. The air conditioned lounge room, equipped with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Google Nest Hub and ceiling fan, provides a perfect setting for those movie nights or lazy afternoons.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, for prices please contact our office.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (bring your own beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
