This newly refurbished large spacious holiday home is located in one of the best streets in Nelson Bay. A prime waterfront reserve location with water views of the bay, approximately 300 meters from Dutchman's Beach, a wonderful swimming spot for children, paddle borders with BBQs & picnic areas with a playground.

Accommodates: 6 + 3 (bedroom one: king bed, bedroom two: king bed, bedroom three: two long singles OR king bed, alcove: single bunks, billiards room: sofa bed). Linen and towels provided.
This newly refurbished large holiday home has three showers and four toilets, reverse cycle air conditioning, open plan living with a billiards table, wine fridge, filtered water system, Nespresso machine, TV in upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedroom one with Netflix, Telstra TV (including Kayo for sport), wi-fi and games and books. Outdoor lounges on the balcony upstairs to enjoy the water views, with BBQ and outdoor dining area on the downstairs patio also with water views of the bay through the trees, brand new well fitted out kitchen with breakfast bar, large oven, stove top, microwave and dishwasher, and an internal laundry with washer and dryer, and carport.
Suitable for friends and families travelling together. A porta cot, toddler beds, high chair and baby bath can also be provided however there are stairs in the property and families with young infants may not find the premises suitable.
Depending on your fitness level jog, walk or cycle the dedicated bike/walking track in either direction - along the Corlette foreshore or through Nelson Bay to the Nelson Head Heritage Lighthouse or on to Mount Tomaree headlands.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am.
