Sorry, no pets allowed! If evidence of pet, $100 fee to cover additional cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.

- Smoking allowed outside on the deck only. There will be a $200 fee if you smoke inside for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
- Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $200
