"We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. "We had such an amazing time during our stay here. We brought our son, and 3 of his friends, to celebrate his 14th birthday. They had a blast fishing and swimming in the river. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We hope to visit again! "

"We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute, wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was quiet, peaceful and secluded so it made for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was on a screened in deck overlooking the woods so we could enjoy the nature without the bugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Plenty of games and books, a DVD player and 2 TVs. The bed was very soft and all the linens and towels smelled and felt fresh and clean. We would love to stay again...
