"Loved the property, very clean although upon entering the house did have a distinct smell of cigarettes. Also 1 room was missing the remote so the TV was unusable. Other than that, very clean and reasonable. Thank you for renting us your home."

"とても綺麗で良い施設だった"

"Had a great stay and everything was amazing."

"Nice and quiet place. Very comfy."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Bullhead City! The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and we felt very safe and secure throughout our visit. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep after busy days. The location was ideal for our trip. It’s just a quick, easy drive (about 5-10 minutes) across the river to Laughlin, where we enjoyed a fantastic concert. Beautiful public park on the Colorado River was nearby too. Would stay again! "

"House is everything the pictures say it is… it’s nicely remodeled and very comfortable accommodations.. my wife, kids and I had a wonderful stay… many thanks to Cody and his cleaner for handling keeping up such a nice house…"

"The home was beautiful, clean with great amenities."

"Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly."
