Seasonal Waterfront Cottage Nestled snugly amongst Norwestern Mountains, on the warm water of Sturgeon Bay. 30 mins from Thunder Bay YQT airport, new hot tub, Sauna & shower, wood stove, 3 Pc bath, open concept timber frame design, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds (bunk), laundry, granite kitchen countertops, broil king BBQ, leather couches, Star link WiFi, indoor plumbing, deck with outdoor patio furniture, fire pit for s’mores & hiking trails to beautiful freshwater lakes up in the mountains
The space
Cottage is on the lake, private trails for hiking up the mountain. Walk down road 5 cottages follow flagging tape up the Mountian will take approx 20-25 mins to get to Ward lake. Beautiful scenery overlooking Lake Superior and sturgeon bay. Photos upon request
Other things to note
*Please note: You must bring your own drinking water as the camp and sauna uses lake water*

Firewood is available 3 bags for $40 (sauna)
2 Brand new 12’ Kayaks for rent for duration of stay $100 includes paddles
Cash or e-transfer payable on or before check- in.

Sauna is wood heated, Firewood required for its use. 2nd shower located inside sauna.
Note: fire must be choked down when not in use, dampener should NEVER be left wide open only open partially. Caution very HOT.

Running water & Hot Tub are not operational during winter months between Nov - April. Outhouse use during winter
