I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead. "Took some time prior to posting review to remove some emotion. Upon late checkin on Tuesdayplace was not clean. Floors were dirty and had to leave shoes on as socks were black with dirt quickly. It was dark but sheets were filthy and pictures were provided next day…. They said they would try to get out there Thanksgiving day, but were were checking out Friday am. Everyone stayed in a hotel on Wednesday night except one person and they brought sheets. Upon removing the sheets, mattress was...

"Very nice property and perfect for our stay! We were in town for my son’s wedding and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better property for our needs. The house was well located, clean and well taken care of, and more than spacious enough for what we needed. We didn’t have a lot of communication, but it’s probably because we didn’t need any.
