Situated on the picturesque west side of Petenwell Lake, this spacious waterfront property offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Wake up to breathtaking views of Petenwell Lake from the full deck facing the water. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sun set over the horizon, the beauty of the lake is sure to inspire awe and wonder.
Feel free to enjoy the clean, sandy beach directly in front of the home—perfect for launching your kayak, sunbathing, and swimming. You’ll also have access to the community pier just a short walk from the backyard, great for fishing or jumping in for a swim. You may tie off your boat on the edge during the day, but long-term or overnight docking is not allowed.
If you are bringing your own watercraft or renting locally, please plan accordingly, as overnight docking is not permitted anywhere on Lake Petenwell. You will need to trailer your watercraft each evening. The property has plenty of space for trailers, and the nearest boat launch is just minutes away.
Please also note that the shoreline is owned by the local power company, and we must follow their regulations. This includes removing all items such as toys, chairs, and kayaks from the beach or shoreline each night and bringing them back up to the house.

Just steps away, you’ll find a sandy cove in front of the home—accessible by ladder from the pier next door—while a small private beach and boat launch are only a short walk up the road. During the day, boats can be anchored in the cove, making it easy to come and go on the water, though they must be removed at night. Sunrise Cove sits in an ideal location on the lake, near Wilderness Park, where nature and recreation blend perfectly.
Outdoors, there’s plenty to enjoy. Play a lively game of sand volleyball or horseshoes before winding down in the evening around the groomed fire pit. As night falls, the wide-open skies make for incredible stargazing while the fire’s glow creates the perfect setting for sharing stories and making memories.

Another bath is conveniently located off the main living area, while the lower level bedrooms share a spacious bath and laundry area. Downstairs, you’ll also find a den with lake views, offering another place to relax or gather. Ceramic and brick tile flooring throughout the great room is balanced with cozy carpet in the center, and central air keeps the home comfortable year-round.
Two oversized decks expand your living space outdoors.
