"The property is smelly, not clean at all. The propery got bed bugs. It was biting to me, my kids. Downstairs rooms are very smelly. The stairs are not safe for kids. Not suitable for kids to stay. Never go back again. I have complained about bedbugs and they try to get GBP 200 extra from me for cleaning. There is no free parking space. I have contacted to the host for parking option and he never answer back."

Just be aware that there are a good amount of stairs/steps getting to the house and from the rooms, down to the common areas. "This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris."
