Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom property nestled in the peaceful village of Skewen, Neath. With its warm and inviting atmosphere, this delightful retreat is perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape while still being conveniently close to local attractions and natural beauty.

Step inside this beautifully appointed 2-bed home and be greeted by a cosy and welcoming ambiance. The tastefully decorated interior features a blend of modern and homely, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

The property boasts two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, providing a restful night's sleep for up to 7. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush bedding and towels for your stay. You'll find the two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom one has a small double bed and bedroom number two has a standard double and single bed in the same room. Upstairs in the Livingroom you will find the sofa bed which will accommodate 2 other guests.

The spacious living area is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Put your feet up, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply curl up with a good book. The Livingroom also boasts a large dining table with space for up to 8 people perfect for a nice home cooked meal with the family. You'll also be spoilt with the lovely view from the Livingroom window.

The modern bathroom is fitted with a rejuvenating shower over bath and offers all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay for our guests.

Step outside to the charming outdoor space, where you can bask in the fresh air and enjoy a morning coffee or al fresco dining. The garden/patio offers a tranquil retreat, perfect for unwinding or gathering with loved ones.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house to monitor arrivals. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 9 PM and please check out by 10AM.

Please note: You can access the property by using the lock box to collect your keys. Our check-in window ends at 9PM after this time there will be no one from customer service available to assist you. Please ensure you have collected your keys and checked in before 9PM.
