"The guesthouse is perfectly set up for the convenience of travellers. It is close to major routes, but not noisy at night. The rooms are clean and spacious and the dining area is roomy and gracious. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Some suggestions were made by Hilary that resulted in our having a wonderful day."

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"I've been several times to this hotel and have found it to be consistently good and good value. I'd say the same this time except that the bedroom was incredibly warm and even with the window open nothing relieved it. A fan was provided and then another but it did little to reduce the heat. Also, there was a winter duvet on the bed and I spent 3 nights sleeping on top of the bed. I want to repeat that the hotel is really very good and the staff are fantastic. It just left me feeling a little...
