Our vacation rental, completely renovated in 2017, is located 5 minutes from Amboise and 20 minutes from Chenonceaux.

Ideally situated, it’s the perfect starting point for exploring Touraine and its treasures (the châteaux of the Loire Valley, vineyards, cycling along the Loire River, and more) or even the Beauval Zoo.

No matter the season, you can also treat yourself to a relaxing break by enjoying the game rooms in the cave-like cellars (pool, ping pong, pétanque, foosball).

The 160 m² house, facing southwest, includes:

- First floor: sunroom, dining room/fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher), living room with a sleeper sofa (TV, DVD player, game console), half-bath, laundry room (washer, dryer, freezer).

- First level: bedroom 1 (with separate shower room and toilet)
- Second level: lounge (with sofa bed), bedroom 2 (with shower room), toilet, bedroom 3 (with shower room), library, children’s play area, living room (with a sofa bed).

You’ll also appreciate the walled courtyard where children can play safely, the private parking area (3 cars), and the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

In addition to the house, you’ll have access to two game rooms located in cave-like cellars, featuring French and American pool tables, foosball, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court… All facilities are private and accessible only to guests staying at the cottage.

To explore our region or simply run out for croissants, we provide 3 adult bicycles for your use.

Finally, don’t bother bringing baby gear. You’ll find a travel crib, a baby bathtub, a high chair, and a changing pad in the cottage.

No parties or late-night gatherings.

We run the business but live nearby. We’ll be available throughout your stay to offer guidance and provide any useful information you may need.

The cottage is not suitable for guests with limited mobility (no bedroom on the first floor)
