The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the living room invites you to relax with a huge sofa and smart TV.

The entire apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay cool and connected during your stay.

The Living Room:

The Bedrooms:

Rest easy in the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The king-size bed in the master bedroom, along with the cozy singles, provide the perfect retreat for all guests.

For groups of more than 6 guests, we’re happy to provide a folding bed for the 7th guest, along with fresh linens and towels to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.

The Bathrooms:

With two full bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, you’ll have everything you need to freshen up.

A sink, toilet, and shower are provided in each for your convenience.

The Rooftop Terrace:

Step outside to your own private oasis. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fresh air while surrounded by comfy seating.

It’s a serene escape for your mornings, evenings, or anytime you want to relax.

Wi-Fi and AC are available throughout the home, so you can stay comfortable and connected no matter where you are in the maisonette, Plus, the washing machine makes it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
