Villa Armelina New Luxury Beachfront Villa with Private Pool


The aesthetics of the space is inspired by the bright summer sunlight, the blue of the Aegean Sea and the nature of Naxos Island. The villa can be rented as a whole property. With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, Armelina Villa is ideal for gathering a group of friends or family together with enough space for everyone to relax, offering views of the Aegean Sea and the unique sunset of the Cyclades.
The largest heated swimming pool on the island is now added to the high-quality amenities of Villa Armelina. It will certainly reshape your travel destination into an earthly paradise of rejuvenation and relaxation. The heated swimming pool (25 - 27?C) is now available upon request for an additional fee.
All bedrooms have queen-size beds (except one has a king-size bed), private bathrooms with shower, plasma satellite tv, mini bar, hypoallergenic pillows (by choice either the natural latex or the premium quality down) by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), bed linen by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), bath towels by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), pool towels by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), bath amenities by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), bath slippers by Coco-mat brand name(natural products), personal care kit by Coco-mat brand name (natural products), hair dryer, safe and A / C.
The villa offers a private garden with an outdoor dining area with a kitchenette & gas-fire BBQ (Weber) with a pergola, a private swimming pool (4x9 sq.m.) with sun umbrellas and beds - loungers, an outdoor dining area with pergola by the pool and 2 outdoor showers. Also offered indoor a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 55 plasma satellite T.V (Netflix), A/C, wine-cooler, indoor and outdoor sound system, free in-house laundry facilities, free wi-fi, and free private parking for our guests. All floors have independent access to each other by exterior staircase offering even more independence. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the mountain and the sunrise and has two balconies (one with a lounge set with cushions, and the other with a partial sea view), and the premium bedroom overlooks the sea and the sunset and has a veranda with a pergola, an outdoor spa 2-seat, and an outdoor poof relax. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room for the relaxation of our guests, choosing unique wines from the wine cooler of our villa. In the basement there are three bedrooms, creating an additional possibility for large groups to enjoy our accommodation with their friends and/or their families. These are one bedroom with one double bed and two with two single beds each, which can be combined to make double beds if you wish.

Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival a took the time to explain everything about the villa to us. Her decorating was impeccable and the overall villa property was beautiful. It was obvious that she took tremendous pride in everything she has done there. It had everything we could hope for and was a perfect location for our visit, with the beach right off the end of the property. There was ample outdoor seating for relaxing, eating and enjoying time around the pool. Restaurants were close by within walking distance. She also kept in good contact throughout the week we were there. We chose to have the pool heated for our stay. We could not have found a more perfect location and would give the villa and the host the highest rating possible.

A Dream Villa Stay on Plaka Beach, Naxos

Our family of 13 had the most incredible stay at this stunning villa right on Plaka Beach in Naxos. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting — just steps from the beach, with a sparkling private pool, plenty of sun beds, and breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets.The villa is perfectly designed for large groups, with spacious, comfortable rooms — each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which made our stay so easy and relaxing. Whether we were lounging by the pool, dining together outside, or taking walks along the beach, everything about the villa was flawless.A special thank you to Kyriaki, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was incredibly informative, responsive, and genuinely kind — always ready with helpful local tips, recommendations, and anything we needed throughout the trip.If you’re considering a family getaway or a group vacation in Naxos, don’t miss a chance to rent this beautiful property. It’s a peaceful slice of paradise and truly feels like a home away from home. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at Villa Armelina May 2025. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing disappointed our family. The villa was sparkling clean, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. It truly was a luxurious experience. We loved the layout so my husband and I could have a first floor bedroom with ensuite and the adult kids could have the privates suite upstairs with deck and hot tub. The rest of the crew had plenty of room and privacy downstairs - each bedroom had a private bath. The common areas had plenty of room for all and with two outdoor dining areas it was absolutely ideal. The setting was perfect - a beautifully landscaped heated pool and a short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved it and the hostess was so attentive. As an added bonus the hostess helped arrange a private chef to come to the villa for two beautifully prepared feasts by Constantina from Villa Eats. i highly reccommend you do the same. Wonderful locally sourced traditional recipes - so fresh and so good! Our chef catered to our tastes and introduced us to new things and even helped with the wine pairing. everything was homemade and prepared in the kitchen. I believe we will do this again! This was truly a memorable vacation.

Absolute Perfection

Villa Armelina exceeded our expectations! We knew we would have an amazing time at this Villa. But, once we arrived, met Kyriaki, and toured the place, we were absolutely thrilled with everything! Kyriaki is the most gracious host and has everything so perfectly well appointed in her Villa. The location to us was perfect. We deliberately chose a place that was outside of town. All we wanted was a little walk to the beach and a place that was close to restaurants. Oh, and of course has a heating swimming pool! We loved this place so much that we will keep coming back for Villa Armelina and Kyriaki!

Fantastic property for groups!

This place was amazing, all rooms are the same, all with private bath, all in excellent condition. Outdoor spaces are just as fantastic, all pictures are true of what this place is. The location by the beach was great, road are rough in this area

Fabulous stay in Naxos!

Amazing stay in Naxos- Kryiaki could not have been more welcome and accommodating. We travelled to Greece for the first time with two families, 6 kids total (age range between 6-12 years). Kryiaki was incredibly helpful in our trip planning, sending local recommendations for restaurants, beaches and villages to visit, and helped us find the perfect tour of local farms (goat & bee) where our children had the experience of a lifetime making homemade cheese, learning about honey and making pottery. The house is incredible, with ocean views, a fantastic private pool and plenty of outdoor (and indoor) areas to eat, play and relax after our days spent exploring the island. The house has a private walkway directly to the beach, and is within walking distance to coffee and beachfront restaurants. If you are considering a trip to Naxos, definitely stay here!

Terrific house next to the beach

The house was everything we expected and more. Ability to jump into the large clean pool or a 10 second walk to the beach. The house is fully furnished with all the necessities and Kyriaki greeted us with a great variety of food, drink and sweets. She explained how to use everything. The rooms are large with their own bathrooms so no waiting. Most of the time we were enjoying the outside patio and when it was too hot was able to go inside to A/C. Thank you Kyriaki for making our family trip relaxing and fun.

Absolute Luxury

I am convinced you will not find a better place to stay in all of Naxos. The owners have done an excellent job with this villa - all the little details are incredible. We stayed with five people - myself and my husband, our two teen/pre-teen daughters and my 70-yo mom. The owners greeted us upon check in to show us the property. They had nice treats for us that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We had plenty of room and everyone was happy with their accommodations. The primary bedroom on the top floor has a wonderful balcony with a hot tub. We elected to have the pool heated and we’re glad that we did, as the water in the sea is quite cold. The girls enjoyed using the sound system for the patio. You can walk directly down the patio path to the beach - this was the best set up that I saw in the area. We rented a car in Naxos Town at the port, and I suggest doing that. We were able to go out and explore Naxos and go to restaurants and the super market. Note that there are currently several new villas being constructed on neighboring properties, so there is some construction noise. My only suggestions for improvement would be to have cream/sugar on hand for the coffee and tea and some kind of portable chairs (and possibly an umbrella) to take down to the beach. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Lovely Villa at the quiet end of Plaka Beach

This is a lovely villa at the quiet end of Plaka beach. The villa has been developed to high standards and has a well equipped kitchen and outside BBQ area. The pool was lovely and clean, it could benefit from more planting and umbrellas for shade. The seating areas are well covered and are as described by the pictures. The villa is on the quiet end of Plaka beach, so a very short drive to the better restaurants and the water sports. There is also a fabulous bakery a short drive away. A car is a real must have, Naxos centre is amazing, pretty villages and views from the mountains, plenty of options for drinks and meals up high. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we would recommend to those looking for a relaxing trip.

Just a dream!

This property is amazing! The host is lovely and so welcoming and accommodating. the house is literally a few steps from the beach- the location cannot be beat! We stayed with 4 children all under the age of 11 they were so thrilled with all the property had to offer. You will not regret choosing this property for your next vacation!
