Our luxury villa in Naxos, is specially designed based on the Cycladic architecture. It is located only 7 min walking distance from the most famous awarded beach of the island Agios Prokopios beach, 5 min walking distance from the restaurants, ATM’s, supermarkets, pharmacy.

The villa features an indoor area of 100sqm which consists of 2 distinct levels and features 3 bedrooms. The ground level includes 2 master bedrooms. The first bedroom is a luxury double room with a king size bed & 2 sofa beds, 2 individual ensuite bathrooms and a big veranda. The other bedroom is a luxury bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom . The upper level features 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 queen if prefered with individual ensuite bathroom with a big veranda with outstanding views.

The villa also features a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, a dining and sitting area and in frond a gorgeous pool 65sqm with sunbeds in the middle where you can spend the whole day enjoying, very big relaxing terraces, amazing garden and our own vineyard and figs trees the fruits of which we serve you daily but you can treat yourself as well.

The rooms are fully equipped with A/C, satellite TV, office-desk, mini bar, amenities Zealots, 100% cotton linens, beach/pool towels, fully equipped kitchen.
