Effective 5/23/22 The Pearl HOA will enforce the NO Smoking Policy which includes all condos, balconies and common areas. Fines will result is loss of damage deposits.
A designated smoking area is located near the grill area on the west part of the property where smoking of LEGAL substances such as cigarettes, cigars and vaping will be permitted. Our condo has always been a non-smoking unit.

Comfy Family Room sofas, dining room table, really cute dishes and dining chairs. Also added 55" Samsung Smart TV with premium streaming channels. Wonderful deck furniture on the Gulf balcony.

SUNSET BEACH SERVICE March through October with two chairs and 1 umbrella, additional service may be purchased upon arrival. Owner provides 4 extra chairs in exterior hall closet for more beach fun!

This Navarre Beach condo has a unique modified open floor plan unlike the other 3/3 units at the Pearl! There is even an extra refrigerator by the kitchen bar we call THE COOLER and our guests love having it for extra beverage storage.
SUNSET BEACH SERVICE March thru October, owner provides one set up of 2 chairs and one umbrella. Additional chairs may be reserved in advance online at the seasonal rate of $247 for 6 days or $49 per day on their website.

This condo has been renovated (wasted entry foyer walls REMOVED!) to provide open flowing living area from the entry door through the kitchen, dining area and family room, all the way to the Gulf front balcony. Very open kitchen/breakfast area with lots of extra space including a twin sleeper sofa with views of the Navarre Pier.

Your children and grandchildren are welcome to our family's second home! Our renters are families, siblings, cousins and friends from all over, and we have many repeat renters that make us their special beach place to go.
Juana's Bar/Sailor's Grill and Andy D's are in walking distance to the condo. Enjoy live music nightly at Juana's Bar on the island. Yoga and Zumba classes weekly at Juana's. The Navarre Pier now has a place to enjoy food on the deck.
The Navarre Fishing Pier is the longest in the Gulf.

Enjoy outings to the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and Artificial Reef, the Panhandle Butterfly House or the Gulf Breeze Zoo. You can bring your bike or rent one and bike all the way to Pensacola Beach
