Salty Breeze is the perfect beachside haven for your group of family and friends to relax, unwind, and soak up paradise. Located right on the sand, this spacious and welcoming home is designed for easy gathering and coastal living.
Walls of windows on the main floor flood the open-concept living and dining area with natural light and sweeping views of the emerald Gulf waters. The layout allows everyone to be together while still enjoying designated areas for dining, playing games, watching TV, or simply lounging. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. Guests can dine at the large table, around the two kitchen islands, or step out through the sliding glass doors to enjoy their meals al fresco on the expansive Gulf-front deck. With two picnic tables and endless ocean views, outdoor dining becomes part of the experience. A charcoal grill is also available for your use.
The home features two king-sized primary suites, each with its own private bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently remodeled for added comfort and style. A third bedroom sleeps four with two new full-sized beds, and a fourth is a kid-friendly space with two sets of bunk beds, a large play area, and access to a sound-view deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. A fifth bedroom in the upstairs loft offers a quiet private escape with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for entertainment.
Convenience continues with a full-sized laundry room featuring a new washer and dryer on the main floor. Step off the back deck and head straight to the beach, or use the nearby dune crossover to easily haul chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower tucked beneath the house, then relax or sort through your beach treasures in the shady area below.
Salty Breeze provides parking for up to five cars. It is a non-pet-friendly home, and smoking and events are not permitted. The minimum rental age is 25.
