The open floor plan connects to the dining room and kitchen. Exit the great room through the double sets of french doors to the balcony for outside dining, grilling, relaxing or sun bathing to the sounds of waves crashing while viewing the amazing Gulf sunset. Parking
The ground level offers exterior parking and is limited to 4 cars near the property's left side (west side) as you enter the property. Please park only in front of the 7600 Gulf Blvd space, NOT in front of adjacent Townhouse driveway and door/garage entrances. PEACEFUL EASY FEELING is an "End Unit" of a 3 Condo Building. Care must be taken to not block the entrances or parking spaces of the adjacent 2 Condos. Public Beach Access - 37B and Parking are just across Gulf Blvd from the Condo.
