Family friendly only - no college students without parents allowed. Free beach service Mar 1 - Oct 31 included (2 chairs & umbrella worth $200). Read the reviews. Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. Thereā€™s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

We loved this condo! Beach Colony West is our favorite! The view from the 17th floor was soo beautiful! The furniture on the balcony was perfect for having meals together, or just enjoying the beautiful view and sea breeze! The beds were comfy, the showers were always hot, and itā€™s always so nice to have a washer/dryer. This was the first year we had access to the beach chairs and umbrellawe LOVED that!! The only negative comment I have to say about this unit, and this is being pretty picky, is that the furniture in the living room and master bedroom could be updated, and there really wasnā€™t anywhere to put groceries that we brought in. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great place to stay

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.

Great for families!

We had a great stay. Place was as advertised and the little extras (books, board games, beach toys, etc) were nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. Beach service is a major pro. Master bed was very comfy.

Property was nice, but expected more since it was advertised as aā€˜penthouseā€™. We stayed in a unit on the 11th floor a few years ago and amount space and layout was exactly the sameā€¦also was decorated and furnished nicer.

7 day summer beach trip

Everything was perfect! Todd was great about answering questions before, during, even on the way out! The condo had everything you need. Patio furniture is great. The outdoor couch is great for several people, but even better for naps šŸ˜Š Extra Large swimming pool is a huge plus.

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit. The view was great. Unit has lots of space.

Amazing condo!!

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

Family getaway.

We love Navarre Beach, and always like staying at Beach Colony condos. This unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I do like to cook and found the kitchen well stocked. The owner was quick to answer back when I ask about a crock pot! He also contacted me when we got in to make sure we had everything we needed and then again after we headed home.

Navarre Is Awesome

The complex seems very well maintained. The elevators are fast, just very stuffy and hot. The balcony views off the front and back are awesome! We have stayed at many different condos over the last 20+ yrs and this one rated in my top 3 buildings. Parking spaces are a little tight, especially the ones in the corners.

The condo was everything we expected when we VRBO. Exceptionally excited the unit came with umbrella and chairs included, all we had to do was show up! Loved the accommodations to be able to rent Sunday to Sunday which is atypical.
