"Sand Dollar Cottage" sleeps 13 guests comfortably, with two master bedroom suites. On the main floor is guest bedroom #1 with a King-sized bed. There are four bedrooms on the top floor, a large master bedroom suite with a King-sized bed and master bathroom with walk in closet, guest bedroom #2 has two bunk beds that sleeps 4 children, guest bedroom #3 has a King-sized bed, guest bedroom #4 has a King-sized bed and a single-size day bed.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room.

On the ground floor you will find a water front game room equipped with large TV, games, gas grill and plenty of seating to relax and take in the water views and sunsets. In the garage you will find a convenient half bath and kayak, paddelboards, chairs and umbrella.

This home offers many on-site amenities. Let the family get the toys out for a day spent on your own private backyard beach along the shallow waters of the Santa Rosa Sound and under the shade of the house. Here the kids can splash (no lifeguard) and use the kayaks and paddles boards to explore along the quiet West end of Navarre Beach. Fishing, crabbing, dolphin watching are favorite pastimes just a few yards off of the Gulf National Seashore to the West. For wave lovers, grab our boogie board and take a 4 minute walk 2 blocks to the public beach access to enjoy the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Grab lunch and go cast your line at Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, go see Sweetpea, the rescued sea turtle at the Conservatory, or spend the day in the sun at Sound Side Park and splash-pad. Your possibilities are endless for great food and fun with local Navarre Beach restaurants, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk just 14 miles to the West and Destin Harbor Boardwalk 25 miles to the East, Or, avoid the crowds, stay in and enjoy a barbecue from the backyard while listening to the waves and watching the sunset on the deck.
