In the heart of the home, the main living area boasts a large sectional sofa and a 75` TV, creating the perfect setting for family movie nights.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer an array of essentials for family meals, featuring an air fryer, instant pot, waffle maker, blender, hand mixer, food processor, milk frother, 4-slice toaster, single-serve and 12-cup coffee maker, tea kettle, and electric griddle. For added convenience, there`s a second full-size fridge in the garage.

Step outside to your private paradise—the screened-in and heated pool surrounded by Polywood outdoor furniture, including a dining table for 8, a sofa, love seat and chair, 2 loungers, a gas Weber Grill, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The outdoor storage container is filled with pool floats and toys to enhance your poolside experience. The backyard boasts a playset, a spacious grassy area, and the convenience of a garage. Enjoy yard games including corn hole, Kan Jam, and spike ball.

For your beach excursions, find beach chairs, beach toys, an ice chest, and pool/beach towels at your disposal. Additionally, two puddle jumpers are available for your little ones.

Guests will have access to the entire property including the garage.

The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to everything you need! You are just minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants, activities, and of course NAVARRE BEACH!

The best way to get around will be by car. The house has a large driveway with parking for up to 3 cars. There is a 2-car garage but it will only fit 1 car because of the 2nd refrigerator!

NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed INSIDE or IN THE GARAGE.
Please keep smoking outside. If there is any evidence of smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other substances inside the home, Renter is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to stains, burns, odors and removal of debris. Renter, Guests, and all others are subject to immediate eviction, or be removed from the premises; Renter is in breach of this Agreement and forfeits the return of any security/damage deposit or refund.
No use of illicit drugs on the property.
No candles allowed on the property.

TRASH DAY is Wednesday and Saturday mornings! It is the guest’s responsibility to take the trash to the curb by the mailbox. If trash collection is missed the guest will be charged $150 for off-cycle pick-up.
An excessive trash fee of $150 will apply if trash excessively exceeds the bins capacity.
BBQ must be cleaned by guests if used. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of $25 will be charged.
Return the provided yard games (corn hole, Kan Jam, and Spike Ball) to the garage after use.
Deflate floats and return to pool storage container.
Keep garage doors closed when not in use.
No flushing of anything down toilets other than toilet paper.
All food and drinks must remain in the kitchen and dining areas.
Guest will compensate host for any food/drink stains in the bedrooms or living areas.
Use pool at your own risk. Adult supervision required.
Use bunk bed ladders at your own risk. Children should use under adult supervision.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Our property has outdoor cameras (including doorbell camera) for security purposes.
All doors and windows must be closed and locked whenever you leave the home.
Accidents happen, please report any damage immediately and do not try to repair it on your own. You’ve already pre-paid for damage protection up to a certain amount, which protects us both.
No parking in the driveway or garage if your car leaks oil (street parking available)
Weather: No refunds will be given due to weather-related incidents including but not limited to canceled flights.
Guests may be required to deploy hurricane shutters in the event of a hurricane.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event you need to cancel for any reason.
Wind: During high winds take down umbrella.
At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit or rental insurance amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb or VRBO.
