Located directly on the beach and facing the Gulf and pier, “Sabbia Bianca" (White Sand) is the one-of-a-kind beach retreat you have been searching for! With its beloved floor-to-ceiling windows and a large tiled “glassed” balcony, this gem offers the best unobstructed views of the beautiful turquoise water, pier, and white sand beach.

Beautifully styled and decorated with over 1800 square feet of living space. It has an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The dining room table will seat 8 comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Watch the waves roll in as you prepare anything from a quick snack to a full dinner from the fully equipped kitchen. The living room and all three bedrooms have Roku equipped televisions with upgraded internet service. Games and puzzles for all ages are also available.

Wake up in bed to the view of the sun rising over nothing but endless beautiful water! The master bedroom has a king bed and a master sitting area which includes two comfortable chairs, private access to the Gulf-front balcony, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suit master bathroom has his and her sinks and oversized walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom with two queen beds has a private entry into the main bathroom. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet with lots of storage. A large selection of kid oriented DVD/Blu-Ray movies, books, puzzles and toys are provided for your little ones.

The 3rd bedroom is a "mini suite" with a king bed and matching dresser, and en-suite bathroom, two chairs for relaxing, and a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink, custom cabinets and quartz countertops. A private balcony overlooking the Island and Sound complete this suite.

Caribbean Resort condo is an 18-floor building with only 3 units per floor, so the beach is never crowded! As a bonus, this unit includes two free beach chairs and an umbrella, with daily setup by the beach service during the summer months. A large, beachfront, heated pool and two hot tubs provide more relaxation opportunities after a day at the beach. The pool area has both open-seating area and a covered-seating area, and has showers for your convenience when returning from the beach. Outdoor charcoal grills are also also provided in the building's grilling area. This condo sleeps 8 adults in beds. It is a large unit and can accommodate up to 10 guests for groups with children. An air mattress is also provided as an additional sleeping option.
