Our charming, fully-furnished, and thoroughly stocked home is nestled in the friendly, quiet Holley by the Sea neighborhood. Coffee and cold breakfast items provided. Backyard features a gazebo and patio with propane grill & fire pit. Smart TVs in each bedroom.

Unwind and enjoy a backyard BBQ or take a walk along the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located to grocery stores, emergency medical care, and shops. Nearby attractions include:

No cleaning fee or checkout instructions! We take care of everything.

For reservations 30 days+: Access to the Holley by the Sea Rec Center! Outdoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, basketball courts, tennis courts, game room, private fishing dock and gated boat dock.

NO: Parties, events, smoking, or undisclosed guests not listed on the reservation. This will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, plus a $2000 fine.

Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am, strictly enforced.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all liability (active or passive), damage, personal injury, or loss the owner Emily Darling and her home, its owners, management or employees, the lessor and/or property owners from any harm or injury caused by using the equipment or the property leased in this contract. You and your guests agree to use the house, and grill completely at your own risk.
