"The room was dirty and the on site "Manager" was unprofessional. She finally gave me a new room and it was dirtier than the first. When I tried to call, T. stopped answering the phone. I went shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaned my room for my family. The next morning, T. was rude and had an attitude when asked about her lack of attentiveness. Terrible hotel experience"

And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot."

"The kitchen staff was amazing. But front desk came off as rude when she said they couldn't accommodate us because they had no way of getting in touch with me. My room was double booked for the entire stay. I was there for my father's medical procure which was booked back in Feb, then when we arrived they told us they didnt have room for us. They found a room and put us in a bad room that was probably down but still used it. The toliet was not attached to the floor, the white towels were stained...

"The mattresses on top of the vehicles outside are probably cleaner than the beds in the rooms themselves. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room was very musty and upon inspection the bed was dirty with quite visible stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the mattress. I was offered a new room and I denied that request. I was also denied a refund with no explanation from either Quality Inn or...

"Don’t come here!! This place was filthy and it smelled awful… the lady with the brown wavy hair at the front desk has a horrible attitude… the whole bathroom was nasty and the sheets smelled like food.. the stairwell area was filthy as well and it smelled like dog and feet… this was a horrible experience and I would not ever recommend the staying here again."

"The room wasn’t very clean. There was an empty liquor bottle in one of the kitchenette drawers. Also an empty liquor bottle and empty case of some canned alcoholic beverages were left in one of the bedroom drawers. There was also small debris left on the floor (candy wrappers, etc). We booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was TERRIBLE. Will probably find another place to stay the next time we visit."
