Não fornecem travesseiros, apenas almofadas, eram extremamente desconfortáveis. No final, não fizeram o estorno do bloqueio do meu cartão e estou há dias mandando e-mail, já liguei 4x e ninguém me responde quando meu dinheiro vai voltar para a minha conta. "Hotel com boa estrutura. Um pouco distante do centro (cerca de 50 km), mas com restaurantes e supermercados próximos. O café da manhã é razoável, dentro dos padrões americanos. O quarto é espaçoso, só não fizeram a limpeza de um dia para outro. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em geral, é um bom local para uma estadia rápida."

"The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol "

"Reviews are VERY overrated. I would be happier staying at any cheaper motel in Lancaster. Dusty and small room, thin walls, tiny bathroom, weird 5-digit cable TV channels, mediocre breakfast. Elevator is extremely slow and it may take several minutes! It seems they just don't care. 2/5."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising.
