"Meals weren’t great. I ordered fish and chips expecting a nice piece of fish battered and fried, but got some nasty frozen pre-made fish. Waitress completely messed up our order. But the staff was nice."

"The room was very small, out dated, and overall dirty. Nothing seemed sanitary. The shower floor was heavily stained and had a spider cricket hoping around, the towels were very worn and dingy, the full bed was not comfortable (old mattress), the room was a non smoking room but reeked of smoke. Defiantly seemed to be the result of amateur cleaning. It was so bad that I only stayed one of the two nights that I reserved. Online pictures are very misleading."

"There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night. It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology."

"Paid a premium for 2 nights (at over $300+ per night). Check in was at 4 pm, and room wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm. Front desk said they were understaffed. Got to room and it wasn’t clean - bathroom had all sorts of hair and huge crumbs on floor. Toilet barely flushed. Shower curtain was filthy and moldy. Vanity storage shelf had dirt all over. A dresser drawer had tons of food and items still in it (chips, loaf of bread, pills)! The upstairs hallway which is all outdoors was so gross. Definitely...
