"We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service. My 3-day hotel stay was charged on my credit card at my arrival and not upon checking out. 2. Outdated facility with carpet stains throughout the hotel and room. 3. "Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car"
