"The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way."

"Hidden Gem. Under massive construction BUT the room was spotless: sheets and towels are white. Fully equipped clean kitchen with a dining table. Manager Mel is a professional with wings strapped on, I was locked out of my room Manger Mel came through and handle the business for free and didn’t complain about it."

"Property details on website states that cookware, dishes, utensils are provided but there are only knives, forks, 1 plate, 2 mugs, 2 plastic tall cups. Wish there are more lightings or make lights white because the unit looks dark. Breakfast is good. We like that they are served in our unit so we can sleep in. Complete bathroom amenities. Clean unit. Property is close to thunderbird Lake."

"The rooms are very dirty. The carpets were stained and sticky feeling. There was a musty smell in the room. I would not recommend!"

"The staff at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Norman were exemplary! They went above and beyond! They were friendly, not only to their adults, but the children as well. If ever, I find myself in the Norman area again I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and suites!"
