"No window in the room, only a small window facing the internal hall, room not confortable. Breakfast was good for US standards, staff friendly. Coffee served all day long, good location."

"We arrived at the O Fallon IL Drury, our very first stay at a Drury. Upon our arrival at the hotel there was a serious issue, both elevators were broken.What should have been a nightmare turned out to be all hands on deck to help get our luggage to our rooms. The manager, Grant handled the situation seamlessly. Not only did he carry our luggage up the several sets of steps himself, we also seen him throughout our stay, accommodating us and the guests as though we were family. I was impressed...

"When i went to check in i didn't have any expectations. I was on tight budget, 3 days of a conference and was happy i found a room at that price litteraly 10 min from the big fancy hotel where the conference taking place. I was happy to see how the room was super clean, comfortable, and had small extra that made me have wonderful night sleep. The owners are descrete and nice people who are working hard to keep the room spotless. I'll definitly come back next year when going to the conference"

"O hotel é muito bom, o quarto é bem confortável. O café da manhã tem bastante opções. Só tive um problema com cobrança de estacionamento indevido, pois o estacionamento é terceirizado. Estávamos em dois casais e um carro, mas o hotel cobrou o estacionamento nos dois quartos como se fossem dois carros. Reclamei, mas o hotel é lento para responder. Se não fosse isso, teria sido ótimo."
