"Café da manhã mto fraco, eles fizeram uma festa no meio do hotel e esta foi com música altíssima até próximo a meia noite. Queríamos mto dormir mas foi difícil.
Além disto, o hotel descrevia q tinha academia de ginástica(tinha até foto da academia no anúncio!) mas chegamos lá e não tinha! Absurdo! "

"- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
