"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. "This is our second stay at this hotel and its honestly one of my favourites! Its affordable with a high quality of service and is a short Grab ride from various malls around Quezon City. Will always recommend for anyone looking to stay in that area and look forward to coming back next time we're back in the Philippines!"

"Was a good stay, close to SM North Edsa. One night before heading by bus to Clark by way of Trinoma bus terminal which is the mall next to SM North Edsa."
"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "

No room service too… zero seats st the lobby, if you’re waiting someone or taxi, better be prepared to stand up… not going back, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there."
