"O hotel é parte da rede de resorts Diamonds e fica afastado da cidade. Para quem está de carro, 10 minutos. para aqueles que estão viajando de trem ou onibus, fica mais complicado o acesso. Ficamos no apartamento de 2 quartos, que possui 2 andares. É como um sobrado, com um mini quintal. Apartamento é super confortável e possui estacionamento em frente. "Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...

"Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again"

"The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!"
