"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still...

"Staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient. The hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit and we were delighted that it was so easy. The breakfast which was included with our room was delicious and against staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Cheguei um pouco antes do horário do check-in e foi autorizado, porém ao chegar no quarto ele não estava pronto, só consegui entrar depois das 16:30hrs. Mais tarde pude notar que não havia papel higiênico e uma baratinha andando em cima da cama."

"Extremely filthy, very run down, staff is almost nonexistent and useless. The property is shady and dangerous. There are homeless, drug activities, and other suspicious activity in and around the hotel. I decided to leave early. My safety was more important than saving money. Expedia should be ashamed to list this hotel. "

"Property was not clean, common areas did not smell fresh room was worse. Dirty towels, marks on walls and doors. Bathroom tub looked unsanitary hot tub looked worse. Furniture scuffed. TV remote was missing and even the tv wasn’t clean! We did not stay the night. "
